STATEMENT OF TORAH OBSERVANCE
International Torah Academy is a Torah-observant institution designed to serve frum families committed to halachic life, traditional values, and chinuch rooted in Torah.

Enrollment at ITA requires alignment with the following core principles:

Shmirat Shabbat and Mitzvot
Families must uphold Torah and mitzvot as interpreted through Orthodox halacha. This includes complete Shabbat observance, kashrut, tefillah, and commitment to taharat hamishpachah where applicable.
Modesty and Derech Eretz
We expect both parents and students to maintain standards of tzniut in dress and speech, and to engage in respectful, refined communication befitting a Torah-true environment - whether in person, on Zoom, or in written correspondence.
Respect for Rabbinic Guidance
Families enrolled at ITA affirm their connection to rabbinic authority, whether through a local rav, posek, or the rabbinic advisors affiliated with the school. When questions arise, our default approach is to seek da’as Torah.
Environment of Torah in the Home
While every home is unique, families must demonstrate a sincere effort to maintain a Torah-centered environment that values learning, kindness, and spiritual growth. This includes the removal of harmful media and the cultivation of a culture of kedusha.
Commitment to Chinuch
Enrollment is a partnership. Families are expected to honor due dates, maintain communication with advisors, and engage sincerely with the educational process - both spiritually and academically.

By applying to International Torah Academy, families affirm that they uphold these standards and are committed to working in partnership with our school toward the growth and development of each student in the derech of Torah and yirat Shamayim.
