STANDARDIZED TESTING

International Torah Academy is proud to be an authorized test provider and administrator for the TerraNova Standardized Tests, offering both online and pen-and-paper formats. We offer testing services both to ITA and non-ITA students.

What is Terra Nova?

  • The TerraNova is a nationally recognized standardized achievement test used to assess student progress in core academic subjects. It provides valuable insights into a student's academic development and is accepted by many scholarship and educational programs nationwide.

  • TerraNova is on the official list of approved norm-referenced assessments recognized by the Florida Department of Education.
You can view the full list here:

Testing Format

We offer two formats:

  • Online Testing: Administered remotely under live proctoring using a secure digital platform. Requires a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment.

  • Pen-and-Paper Testing: Administered in person at our testing office in Aventura, Florida. Students must come on their scheduled day to complete the assessment on-site under professional supervision

Testing Registration Process

Step 1. Submit an Inquiry. Begin by sending us an email to let us know you're interested in TerraNova testing.

Step 2. Consultation & Scheduling. Our staff will contact you to discuss your needs and schedule a suitable testing date and format (online or in-person).

Step 3. Confirmation & Instructions. Once scheduled, you will receive full testing instructions, payment information, and a checklist to prepare your child for testing day.

Testing Windows

TerraNova testing is available during designated Fall, Spring, and Summer windows.

We follow nationally recognized assessment periods to ensure results are normed accurately and accepted by educational institutions and scholarship programs.

We recommend registering at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred format and testing date.

Exact testing windows vary each year and will be provided upon inquiry.
